Thank you for the opportunity to support the work of Project Momentum NC. The services you provide — substance use treatment, youth employment, community research, mental health initiatives — are life-changing for the people of Rocky Mount and the Twin Counties. Your digital presence should reflect the depth and credibility of that mission.
This proposal outlines a complete rebuild of your website — modern, accessible, and structured to help community members find your services, help funders and partners understand your impact, and help your team operate more efficiently. Everything listed in the core package is included at the $250 promotional rate, with optional add-ons available at 50% off for 90 days.
What We Noticed About Your Current Site
Your site is built on Wix — functional, but limited. The layout feels dated, the typography is inconsistent, and the overall visual presentation doesn't match the professionalism and impact of the work you're actually doing. A community member or grant funder visiting your site for the first time deserves a better first impression.
There's no SEO infrastructure in place. Project Momentum does not appear prominently when people in Rocky Mount, Edgecombe County, or Nash County search for 'substance use treatment,' 'DWI assessment near me,' or 'youth employment programs Rocky Mount.' That's a real barrier to community access.
There's no online intake or application system for your programs.
